Jeremy Clarkson Opens Up About Fresh Health Concern During Show Filming

Jeremy Clarkson has shared a new health scare while filming for Clarkson’s Farm in Oxfordshire.

The former Top Gear and Grand Tour host announced that a fifth series of the popular Prime Video show had been confirmed late last year.

Filming has been ongoing in 2025 with series four being released across May and June with eight new episodes.

Now that the new filming is underway, Mr Clarkson has shared a new health problem he has recently encountered.

Writing in his weekly column in The Times, the 65-year-old spoke about dealing with issues while reviewing a car.

“I have a trapped nerve in my back at the moment,” he said.

“It’s fine if I’m not doing anything, but in the [Mercedes-Benz] G 580, not doing anything is impossible because it pitches and yaws and rolls all the time, and you never have any idea what it’s going to do next.

“So you can’t ever brace yourself.”

Mr Clarkson underwent a heart procedure after experiencing a “sudden deterioration” in his health last year.

The presenter had two stents fitted to unblock vital arteries after the doctors in Oxford discovered they were severely blocked.

At the time, he told The Sun: “I’m very grateful to everyone who sent supportive messages but I’m fine.

“I just have to not do any manual labour or dishwasher emptying for the next four years. At least I think that’s what the doctor said.”
