Clarkson’s Farm Star Kaleb Cooper Shares Candid Update After Gruelling Day Leaves Him Battling Migraine
Clarkson’s Farm favourite Kaleb Cooper has given fans a glimpse into the challenges of his daily life, admitting that one particularly stressful day left him suffering with what he described as “the biggest migraine ever.”
The 27-year-old farm manager, who has become one of the breakout stars of the hit Prime Video series, took to Instagram Stories to share a behind-the-scenes moment from his working day. Posting a photo in front of a large tractor wheel, Kaleb wrote: “Stressful day today. Now have the biggest migraine ever.”
Though he didn’t elaborate on what had made the day so taxing, fans of the show will know that Kaleb is no stranger to long hours, heavy workloads, and unexpected farming challenges. His reputation for both hard graft and quick-witted remarks on Clarkson’s Farm has made him a fan-favourite since the series first aired in 2021.
This isn’t the first time Kaleb has spoken openly about the pressures of his work and life outside the farm. Away from Diddly Squat, he has been balancing a growing career in the spotlight, which has included writing bestselling books, becoming a public speaker, and even embarking on his own sold-out theatre tour, The World According to Kaleb.
While the tour gave him a chance to share his unique take on farming life and meet fans across the country, Kaleb admitted that it also pushed him out of his comfort zone. Reflecting on the experience, he said he felt “so lucky” to be given such an opportunity, but also described moments where the pace of touring took a toll.
Speaking to fans previously, he explained: “I’m a little bit more comfortable in terms of travel now, and I did love meeting lots of farmers around the UK. You learn so much stuff – for example, I learned how onions are grown! And I went to goat farms where they milk goats and make cheese. It’s definitely given me a morale boost – I can do it, Kaleb!”
However, not everything went smoothly. Kaleb confessed that one incident during the Manchester leg of the tour left him shaken. Used to the freedom of life on the road in his tour bus, which allowed him to step outside whenever he wished, he struggled when he was placed in a high-rise hotel room on the 50th floor.

“By that point, the tour bus was my comfort zone. I knew I could open the door and be straight outside,” Kaleb explained. “But in Manchester, they put me in a hotel on the 50th floor. When I opened my door, I was in a narrow corridor, and it freaked me out. So I ended up sitting outside from 5am, just knowing that I could get out and away if I needed to.”
Since joining Jeremy Clarkson at Diddly Squat Farm, Kaleb has quickly grown from a local contractor into a household name, admired for both his farming knowledge and his straight-talking approach. His on-screen chemistry with Clarkson, often full of sharp banter, has been a defining part of the show’s success.
Now juggling his growing profile with his work on the land, Kaleb continues to strike a balance between farming life and public appearances. Meanwhile, Jeremy Clarkson remains focused on expanding his agricultural ventures, which now include his Chadlington-based Diddly Squat farm shop and his recently acquired Cotswolds pub, The Farmer’s Dog.
Clarkson’s Farm continues to stream on Prime Video, with fans eager to see more of Kaleb’s candid, often humorous takes on the highs and lows of rural life – even if, as his latest update proves, some days end with more stress and migraines than others.
