The Curse of Oak Island

Rick and Marty Lagina Have NEVER Had THIS Much Luck Before!

For over two centuries, Oak Island has guarded its secrets — whispered legends of hidden gold, lost artifacts, and the elusive Knights Templar fortune. Now, the Lagina brothers and their determined crew believe they are closer than ever to unraveling the island’s most enduring mystery.

After a grueling season of excavation and investigation, the team has made several dramatic discoveries that could change the course of Oak Island’s storied hunt. At the center of the latest breakthrough: a triangle-shaped swamp, an ancient stone pathway, and a possible tunnel that could lead to unimaginable treasure.

A SWAMP, A STONE WALKWAY, AND A MYSTERIOUS BOULDER

Deep within the island’s notorious marshland, the Lagina brothers uncovered signs of human engineering — a carefully laid stone walkway and a massive boulder resembling the famed “Cone B” boulders found decades ago. Experts believe the features may date back to the late 1600s or early 1700s.

“This didn’t come from the beach,” said Rick Lagina, gesturing to the heavy stones. “This was placed here. Somebody built this — and they built it for a reason.”

Nearby, an ancient leather boot — later confirmed by historian Joseph Landry to be a gentleman’s boot crafted from vegetable-tanned leather — hints at the presence of someone of rank, perhaps a European officer or nobleman. Experts believe the boot’s unique stitching traces back to 17th-century France, fueling speculation that European powers or secretive societies may indeed have hidden something of immense value on Oak Island.

DIGGING DEEP: THE GARDEN SHAFT AND THE TUNNEL BELOW

Meanwhile, work continues at the Garden Shaft near the Money Pit — the heart of Oak Island’s legend. The team has dug down to 95 feet, uncovering round timbers that point to an older man-made tunnel. Water samples suggest this shaft could intersect with a 7-foot-high tunnel potentially holding precious metals.

However, the dig hasn’t been without setbacks. A sudden influx of water threatened to derail operations, forcing the crew to consider drastic measures — including the use of fast-setting urethane to seal the leaks. “Water has always been our enemy here,” said Rick, echoing frustrations that have haunted treasure hunters since 1795.

THE KNIGHTS TEMPLAR CONNECTION RESURFACES

The team is also re-examining theories that the Knights Templar — the medieval Christian order said to have safeguarded holy relics like the Holy Grail — may have used Oak Island as their secret vault. Author and 32nd-degree Freemason Chris Morford believes that drilled stones found across the island align with Nolan’s Cross, potentially pointing the way to a hidden treasure chamber.

Careful measurements have revealed that one drilled stone on Lot 15 lies precisely midway between the cones of Nolan’s Cross and the Money Pit. If Morford’s calculations prove true, the alignment could lead directly to the long-fabled vault.

A FOREST FLOODED TO HIDE TREASURE?

Adding to the intrigue, the team uncovered a massive tree stump in the middle of the swamp — evidence that the marsh may have once been a forest deliberately flooded to conceal buried secrets. “This swamp didn’t just happen,” noted geoscientist Dr. Ian Spooner. “It was engineered. Now, we need to know when — and why.”

NEXT STEPS: DRILLING INTO THE UNKNOWN

With the tunnel nearly within reach, the Lagina brothers are preparing for a critical probe drilling operation aimed at mapping the mysterious passage — dubbed the “Baby Blob” — which may hold large concentrations of precious metals.

Inside the War Room, hydrogeologists, geoscientists, and historians huddled this week to pore over new water test data, hoping fluorescence spectroscopy will reveal more traces of hidden wood and organic material, further connecting the tunnel to the centuries-old Money Pit legend.

THE HUNT CONTINUES

With the hurricane season looming and natural obstacles testing their resolve, the Lagina brothers stand undeterred. “This is the closest we’ve ever been,” said Marty Lagina, gearing up to push deeper than ever before. “This time, we’re not backing down.”

For the millions who follow the Oak Island story, the question remains: Is the world’s most famous treasure finally about to be found?

Stay tuned.
