Harriet Cowan, who starred in season four of Amazon Prime’s hit documentary series Clarkson’s Farm, regularly shares updates on her life with her fans on social media
Harriet Cowan, known from the Amazon Prime documentary series Clarkson’s Farm, has recently showcased her glamorous side by trading in her familiar farm attire for a striking summer dress. The 24-year-old nurse and farmer gained a significant following after featuring in the fourth season of the popular show.
Since her brief appearance on Clarkson’s Farm, fans have been eager to keep up with Harriet’s life. She actively shares updates and glimpses into her daily activities on social media, where she enjoys a substantial following on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
In one of her latest social media posts, Harriet shared what she considers the “perfect day”. The video shows her clad in a butter yellow gingham mini dress, standing amidst a pastoral scene with cows in the background.
She is seen lip-syncing to Josiah Queen’s song Dusty Bibles, looking directly into the camera. Accompanying her post, she wrote: “Summer dress + cows = my perfect day”.
The comments section was quickly filled with adoring fans expressing their admiration. One fan commented: “Absolutely stunning [two red heart emojis] and so so funny”.

Harriet won over the nation after appearing alongside former Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson in the beloved documentary series that chronicles his attempts to manage a farm in the picturesque Oxfordshire countryside.
Television personality Clarkson, 65, brought Harriet on board to help at his 1,000-acre farm, Diddly Squat, as a temporary measure whilst his usual farm manager, Kaleb Cooper, 26, was touring the country with his solo show, The World According to Kaleb.
Harriet quickly won over audiences, demonstrating her skills as she tackled cleaning and repairing different areas of the farm, with numerous devotees of the hit Amazon Prime reality programme calling for her to make another appearance.
Upon Kaleb’s return to the programme, Harriet resumed her normal routine, though she had clearly made a significant impression on Jeremy Clarkson.
He said to her: “You saved my life. So, if we get stuck again, can we give you a call?”.
Despite her influence, there are presently no confirmed arrangements for Harriet to appear again in this series of Clarkson’s Farm, nor have any upcoming appearances been verified by sources close to the production.
Hailing from Derbyshire originally, Harriet has agricultural roots and was raised on her grandfather’s livestock farm, which her father now operates.
Much of her social media presence centres around her agricultural lifestyle, alongside her strong relationship with her brown collie, Sky.
However, Harriet isn’t solely a farm worker – she’s also a qualified nurse who completed her studies at the University of Derby in 2023. She is employed by the NHS as an adult district nurse.
