Clarkson’s Farm Season 5 Wraps Filming: Familiar Faces Return and a Rising Star Joins the Cast

Fans of Clarkson’s Farm have reason to celebrate as Jeremy Clarkson confirmed that filming for the highly anticipated fifth season has officially concluded. Set for release in 2026, the new season promises more laughter, frustration, and chaos at Oxfordshire’s Diddly Squat Farm.

The documentary series, which has become one of Prime Video’s most successful shows, will once again follow Clarkson as he navigates the trials and triumphs of farming life. This time, however, the cast lineup ensures a mix of familiar favorites and new energy on the farm.

Jeremy Clarkson Leads the Charge
At the center, of course, is Jeremy Clarkson. The former Top Gear host has spent the past five years transforming himself into a farmer — with varying degrees of success. Viewers have seen him wrangle sheep, cows, and crops, while also expanding his business ventures with the opening of his new pub, The Farmer’s Dog.

Season five will pick up where the last left off, exploring ongoing battles with local planning authorities and the ever-present financial strain of farming. Clarkson himself has hinted that this may be the final season for a while, as the team has filmed non-stop since 2019.

Caleb Cooper: The Breakout Star Returns
Back in action is Caleb Cooper, the no-nonsense young farmer whose wit and sharp critiques of Clarkson have made him a fan favorite. After stepping back slightly in season four due to his book tour and live appearances, Caleb is set for a full return. Expect him to take charge of tractor work, soil management, and — most importantly — keeping Clarkson in check.

Harriet Cowan: A Rising Talent
Season five will also see the return of Harriet Cowan, who first appeared in season four. At just 24, Harriet impressed audiences with her calm efficiency, adaptability, and skilled handling of both machinery and livestock. Hailing from Derbyshire, she quickly became a natural fit for the Diddly Squat team. Fans are eager to see how she balances working alongside both Clarkson and Caleb, potentially cementing her role as a long-term fixture of the show.

Lisa Hogan, Charlie Ireland, and Gerald Cooper Also Back
Jeremy’s partner Lisa Hogan, who manages the farm shop and has overseen the expansion of Diddly Squat’s business operations, will return with an even larger role. Land agent Charlie Ireland, known for his pragmatic advice and steadying influence, will once again clash with Clarkson’s wild plans.

Meanwhile, fan favorite Gerald Cooper, who recently overcame a battle with prostate cancer, is also back. His thick accent and tireless work ethic remain an integral part of the series.

Surprise Appearances Possible
While not confirmed, Clarkson’s network of celebrity friends leaves the door open for unexpected guest appearances. Previous seasons have seen cameos from Richard Hammond and Piers Morgan.

Season 5 Could Be the Last — For Now
Filming is complete and post-production is underway, with a mid-to-late 2026 release expected. Clarkson has cautioned that the series will pause after this season, meaning season five could be the last for some time — unless circumstances lure the team back to the cameras.

For now, fans can look forward to a season filled with emotional highs, comedic frustrations, and the unpredictable adventures that have made Clarkson’s Farm a worldwide success.
