Clarkson’s Farm Star Harriet Cowan Makes Major Purchase After Leaving Show

A familiar face from Clarkson’s Farm has made headlines once again—this time for a major personal purchase following her departure from the hit Prime Video series filmed in Oxfordshire.

Harriet Cowan, the Derbyshire-born farmhand who became one of the standout new additions in the latest season, has marked a new milestone just months after her appearance on the show. Cowan joined Clarkson’s Farm in season four, released between May and June this year, stepping in temporarily for fan favourite Kaleb Cooper while he was away on tour. Her practical skills, calm presence, and clear rapport with Jeremy Clarkson quickly made her a memorable part of the Diddly Squat team.

During her time on the series, the 24-year-old played a key role in keeping operations running smoothly at the Chipping Norton–based farm. Viewers watched as she helped Clarkson navigate an array of challenges, from stubborn machinery to unpredictable weather, earning praise from fans for her capability and down-to-earth demeanor.

Now, Cowan has treated herself to a brand-new vehicle—a 2025 Maxus T60 Automatic, valued at around £34,000. She proudly unveiled the sleek 4×4 on her Instagram page, showing off the impressive set of wheels that boasts a 2.0-litre turbo diesel engine and is reported by Luxury Auto News to reach top speeds of up to 106 mph. The purchase marks a significant upgrade and a sign of her growing success beyond the show.

As for her future with Clarkson’s Farm, Cowan has kept things characteristically open-ended. While speaking previously on BBC Breakfast News, she said: “We’ve always left it very open. I’m here if he needs me, but no plans at the minute. If he needs me, I’m here.” Her comments have left fans hopeful that she may make another appearance in the already-filmed fifth season, though nothing has been confirmed.

Jeremy Clarkson himself has spoken warmly about Cowan’s contribution to the team. In an interview with The Sun, he explained, “We don’t just bring characters in because the TV show needs it. You bring them in because you really need them. I loved Harriet to bits and I wish her all the very best. She was fantastic to have around.” He added, with characteristic humour, that while Kaleb Cooper remains the farm’s central right-hand man, “he might go off and do Celebrity Love Island or something, and if I can’t manage, I’ll call Harriet in a heartbeat.”

Whether or not Cowan returns to Diddly Squat Farm, her time on the show has clearly left a strong impression—on Clarkson, on viewers, and now, on the road in her brand-new Maxus.
