Clarkson’s Farm Star Trades Muddy Fields for Stylish Transformation

Clarkson’s Farm star Harriet Cowan, 24, swapped her muddy wellies for glam heels as she sported a yellow mini dress to attend a festival with pals before she was back on the farm.

Clarkson’s Farm star Harriet Cowan swapped her muddy old wellies for a pair of glam heels. The 24-year-old looked radiant in a yellow mini-dress as she enjoyed some time away from the graft.

Harriet first made her appearance on the most recent series of Jeremy Clarkson’s popular Amazon Prime show as an assistant at the Diddly Squat farm. Following her debut, she has risen to social media fame through her TikTok videos.

She is often seen in clips on the social media platform performing dance routines on top of her tractor. She has recently caught fans attention after posting a life update on her Instagram, where she looked incredibly different to her usual work attire.

Harriet had abandoned her signature shorts and tee, and left the muddy boots on the doorstep, for an elegant look as fans were quick to spot the glamorous makeover.

The blonde beauty looked almost unrecognisable as she beamed in the snaps, attending a festival alongside pals. Harriet wore minimal make-up and had her hair styled in effortless waves to compliment her natural beauty.

However it was back to the grind soon after, as she returned to her work attire and back onto the farm attending to cattle as she continued her daily responsibilities on the grounds.

Harriet was back where she was familiar to audiences, manoeuvring through the fields on her trusty tractor. “Back to the grind,” she wrote on her Instagram as she shared an update with fans on her Instagram story.

Although Harriet’s main income comes from her agricultural background, having been raised on her grandad’s cattle farm, she stressed the little amount of financial gain within the industry, which turns over little profit.

Speaking on BBC’s Farmwatch, she stated: “We cannot reiterate how important this is for us, that we don’t do this because it’s going to make us money.

“Because probably 90% of farms do not make money from the farm, I know I don’t.” The Great British Bake Off’s Mike Wilkins remarked it was down to farmers not paying themselves wages, with any earnings being ploughed back into the operation.

In agreement, Harriet continued: “We just work for free seven days a week, and it becomes such a lonely, lonely place.”

“Profitability is so under pressure,” Mike noted. “Most farms aren’t making any money, and people really are doing it because it’s their lifestyle.”

Harriet became part of the Diddly Squat Farm crew whilst Kaleb Cooper was away on tour promoting his book. Aside from her time on Diddly Squat, Harriet works full-time as a nurse whilst also lending a hand on her family’s agricultural operation.

A fresh series of Clarkson’s Farm is currently underway, revealing the harshest aspects of agricultural life, with Diddly Squat enduring hardships from adverse weather conditions and disease outbreaks including a bout of Bovine Tuberculosis.
