Clarkson’s Farm star unveils ‘mysterious revelation’ at Diddly Squat Farm Shop
One of the most familiar faces from Clarkson’s Farm has just revealed a striking new addition at Diddly Squat Farm — and it comes with an important message attached.
Lisa Hogan, who has become a breakout star in her own right thanks to her appearances on the hit Prime Video series, unveiled the “Lady Garden Vulva Lake”, more light-heartedly known as the farm’s new “Wet Patch.”
Hogan, an Irish actress and former model, has risen to fame since joining Jeremy Clarkson on-screen in the farming documentary, which follows the often chaotic yet endearing attempts of the former Top Gear host to run his 1,000-acre farm in Chadlington, Oxfordshire. She has been Clarkson’s partner since 2017, and together the two have turned the small Cotswolds farm into a site of worldwide interest, attracting both loyal fans and curious visitors to its famous Diddly Squat Farm Shop.
The unveiling of the lake, which Hogan shared proudly with her social media followers on Sunday, August 31, was far more than just a quirky new attraction. Standing beside the water feature, she described the event as the “grand gala opening” of the Lady Garden Vulva Lake, before thanking the many people who had contributed:
“Celebrating the Lady Garden Vulva Lake grand gala opening today. So much to learn, Lady Garden Foundation, Jeremy Clarkson. Thank you to everyone that dug, plotted, planted — and thank you to all who supported us today.”
The project has a deeper significance. The Lady Garden Foundation, originally established in 2014 under the name The Gynaecological Cancer Fund, is a UK charity dedicated to raising both awareness and funds for gynaecological cancers. The timing of Hogan’s unveiling was deliberate — taking place just one day before the beginning of Gynaecological Cancer Awareness Month in September. Each year, the foundation uses this period to amplify education on the signs and symptoms of gynaecological cancers, encouraging women to seek advice and earlier diagnoses.
In the lead-up to the unveiling, the charity had teased followers with a cryptic post, hinting that an “exciting, important, and to some, mysterious revelation” would soon take place at the Diddly Squat Farm Shop. True to their word, the reveal turned out to be the bold and conversation-starting Lady Garden Vulva Lake.
Series four of Clarkson’s Farm, which dropped on Prime Video between May and June this year, further cemented Lisa Hogan’s role as a vital presence at the farm. Balancing humour, practicality, and occasional exasperation at Clarkson’s antics, she has become one of the most loved figures on the show. Now, with this latest unveiling, Hogan has not only brought a new landmark to Diddly Squat Farm but also shone a spotlight on a cause that impacts thousands of women every year.
