Clarkson’s Farm Stars in the Spotlight: New Careers, New Arrivals, and a Surprise Visitor

Chadlington, Oxfordshire – The cast of Clarkson’s Farm are once again making headlines, but this time it’s not just for the agricultural chaos that unfolds on-screen. From Harriet Cowan’s bold leap into online stardom to Caleb Cooper’s growing family, and a surprise appearance by strongman Eddie Hall at Diddly Squat Farm, there’s plenty happening away from the fields of Prime Video’s hit series.
Harriet Cowan Swaps Nursing for YouTube Farming Life
Fans were introduced to Harriet Cowan during the latest season of Clarkson’s Farm when she temporarily stepped in for Kaleb Cooper, Clarkson’s trusted farm manager, while he toured the country.
The 24-year-old from Derbyshire quickly became a familiar face on the show, but now she is striking out on her own. Earlier this month, Cowan confirmed that she had left her career as a nurse to pursue a dual path in farming and digital content creation.
She has launched a YouTube channel titled Harriet on the Farm, promising behind-the-scenes glimpses into her agricultural journey. The first video – a Q&A session teased on Instagram – premiered on Sunday, August 31, at 6 p.m.
“The cat’s somewhat out of the bag,” Cowan admitted to her followers. “It’s true, I am no longer nursing because I’ve got the farming bug – and I’ve always had it. But before, I didn’t really have another income. Now, I feel like I can finally do what I love.”
Although Cowan has left daily nursing shifts behind, she reassured fans she will continue to contribute to the NHS on a flexible basis while building her new career. After filming wrapped for Season 4, she returned to her family farm in Derbyshire to begin the next chapter.
Caleb Cooper Welcomes Third Child Amidst Farm Turmoil
While Cowan is exploring new ventures, Kaleb Cooper – Jeremy Clarkson’s right-hand man – has celebrated a personal milestone. The 27-year-old farmer and TV personality has welcomed his third child with his wife.

Clarkson himself broke the news in his newspaper column, sharing a typically dry anecdote:
“The boy wonder received word this week that his wife was in labor. His response? ‘I’ll be there when I’ve finished harvesting this field.’ How farmerish is that?”
According to Clarkson, friends even suggested naming the newborn after the very field Cooper was harvesting at the time. Unfortunately, the field in question bore the ominous name Dead Man, leading to that particular idea being scrapped.
The birth comes as a welcome moment of joy for the hard-pressed team at Diddly Squat Farm, which has endured a string of setbacks this year. In July, one of Clarkson’s cows tested positive for TB, forcing a quarantine. Around the same time, one of their puppies died, and the summer harvest proved “catastrophically bad,” according to Clarkson.
Still, Cooper’s calm reaction in the face of his wife’s labor – and the happy arrival of a healthy child – reflects the resilience fans have come to admire in the farming community.
Strongman Eddie Hall Drops by Diddly Squat
Adding yet another twist to the farm’s ongoing story, Eddie Hall, the former World’s Strongest Man, was spotted at Diddly Squat alongside Cooper earlier this week.
Hall, 37, is known for his astonishing powerlifting feats, including holding the deadlift world record, as well as winning England’s, Britain’s, and the UK’s Strongest Man titles. His 2017 victory at the World’s Strongest Man cemented his place in strength sports history.
Now a popular YouTuber with a channel called Eddie Hall The Beast, he often shares training videos, challenges, and lifestyle content. His visit to Clarkson’s farm sparked speculation that he might appear in the upcoming Season 5 of Clarkson’s Farm, which is currently being filmed and expected to air next spring.
In one light-hearted moment captured on video, Cooper introduced Hall to the pigs on the farm, joking:
“I’ve always said pigs are incredibly strong, so can you spot the difference?”
Whether Hall’s visit was simply social or part of a storyline for the new season remains unclear, but his appearance delighted fans.
Meanwhile, Hall has been preparing for an MMA fight, setting himself the challenge of losing 64 pounds in just 12 weeks. Speaking to TalkSport, he said:
“He wanted me under 400 lb, which I already am. So, I said I’ll get to under 300 lb. Give me 12 weeks and I’ll lose it. I’m a dedicated man.”
A Farm Full of Stories
Between Harriet Cowan’s fresh start, Caleb Cooper’s growing family, and Eddie Hall’s surprise cameo, Clarkson’s Farm continues to prove that life at Diddly Squat is never dull.
Even away from the cameras, Jeremy Clarkson and his team seem to attract headlines as reliably as the changing seasons. With Season 5 on the horizon, viewers can expect more humor, hardship, and the occasional unlikely guest star.
For fans of the show, one thing is certain: the world of Clarkson’s Farm is about far more than crops and cattle. It’s about people chasing dreams, building families, and sometimes lifting tractors just for fun.
