Clarkson’s Farm’s star celebrates ‘good day’ as they tease season five filming update
Jeremy Clarkson’s partner Lisa Hogan has shared an update from the farm.
Lisa Hogan, partner of Clarkson’s Farm star Jeremy Clarkson, has hinted at a season five filming update whilst celebrating some “good” news.
The farming team has faced challenging times recently as Top Gear celebrity Clarkson, 65, disclosed just days ago that his Oxfordshire farm, Diddly Squat, had been afflicted with bovine tuberculosis.
Adding to their troubles, he later announced that one of the puppies birthed by his dog Arya had sadly passed away.
“Bad news from Diddly Squat. We’ve gone down with TB. Everyone here is absolutely devastated,” he initially posted on X.
“We’re now locked down and it’s just dreadful, absolutely dreadful,” he subsequently added, confirming Diddly Squat will be closed for at least two months before they can conduct another test, although the farm shop would remain “unaffected” by the lockdown, reports Gloucestershire Live.
Meanwhile, Lisa has been keeping followers updated on the remaining puppies, and recently shared a farming update on Instagram.

Alongside a video of a combine harvester with a picture of what seemed to be a filming crew by the tractors at the end, she wrote: “Good day, very good day in the office.”
One fan queried if Clarkson’s Farm star Gerald would be handling the harvest this year, to which Lisa responded: “All will be revealed…”
“How is the harvest this year?” another enquired, with Lisa replying: “Scorched.”
“Great work to all Cotswold farmers. I recently captured harvest for a nearby farm was amazing,” another fan commented.
One individual expressed: “I remember that feeling of satisfaction seeing the combine going up and down the field. A job well done!”
Another commented: “I’ve just watched episode 8 from last year so hopefully this harvest is better for you.”
Clarkson unveiled the news of the fifth season in a video last November, whilst celebrating Bonfire night with a series of illuminated drones in the backdrop.
He stated: “Over the years, bright lights in the sky have been used to make many important announcements – the birth of baby Jesus, for example.”
As the drones shifted into the formation of the number five, he went on: “But tonight, they’re being used to make an announcement that’s even bigger than that. Season 5 of Clarkson’s Farm is coming.”
However, he later disclosed that the team would be taking a “short break” before a potential sixth season.
He informed The Times: “Whatever happens we’ll definitely take a short break as the crews are all worn out.
“We’ve been filming here two or three days a week, every week, for five years. Everybody could do with a rest.”
