Harriet Cowan flaunts ‘pretty’ makeover after ditching muddy farm for glam salon
Clarkson’s Farm star Harriet Cowan has showed off her new look after a makeover, having ditched her muddy farm for a glamourous salon, and fans all said the same thing
A familiar face from Clarkson’s Farm has shown off her new look, after ditching her muddy farm life for a glamourous salon. Harriet Cowan, 25, became one of the breakout stars of series four of Clarkson’s Farm when she stood in for Kaleb Cooper.
She spent 11 weeks living in a caravan at Diddly Squat Farm in Oxfordshire helping the former Top Gear star, Jeremy Clarkson, manage the plot. The former full-time nurse won over audiences with her impressive farming knowledge and witty putdowns to the TV presenter, turning her into a fan favourite.
Now Harriet has officially stepped away from nursing to focus on farming and content creation, with fans hoping she’ll make another return on the hit show as the fifth season premieres on June 5.
During an appearance on the Fed by Farmers podcast, Harriet opened up about her choice to leave nursing, revealing: “I’ve given up nursing because I was going into people’s houses and I was getting recognised as that girl off the telly.
“I was supposed to be there as a professional nurse – there were people dying at the end of the day, and I was supposed to be there as a professional.”
But now, it seems like the TV star has ditched the muddy farm for a glam salon, as she took to her TikTok account, where she has over 806,300 followers, to share her recent makeover.
In the video, she was seen wearing a white buttoned long-sleeved top, with some of the top button being unbuttoned. She’d paired this with a pair of lightly washed high waisted jeans, as she smiled towards the camera, standing with the sun in her face.
Harriet was also playing with her hair, which had been freshly done at the salon, and was styled into bouncy curls that went down her chest and her back. She also sang along to the song, which was playing in the video.
“Pretty hair by @jaimecamillashair,” she wrote in the caption of the post.
Fans soon took to the comments, as they went on to praise her new look.
“Absolutely stunning,” one person wrote, while another commented: “She’s just too gorgeous.”
A third person added: “look beautiful Harriet.” Someone else also said: “So so so gorgeous!”
It is not yet known if Harriet will return to Clarkson’s Farm, but she addressed the topic on BBC Breakfast News last year.
“We’ve always left it very open,” she said. “I’m here if he needs me, but no plans at the minute. If he needs me, I’m here.”
Clarkson’s Farm will return to screens in June on Prime Video with series five, which wrapped filming in September 2025.
