Harriet Cowan Sparks Fan Frenzy With Joyful Life Update After Clarkson’s Farm Exit
After winning over audiences on Clarkson’s Farm, Harriet Cowan is back in the spotlight with a heartwarming life update that has fans buzzing with excitement — and many believe romance is at the heart of her happiness.
The NHS nurse, who stepped in to support Jeremy Clarkson during season four of the hit Prime Video series, has been beaming since stepping away from Diddly Squat Farm. Much of her joy, followers suggest, comes from her relationship with farmer James Booth.
In a recent Instagram post, Cowan shared a cheerful update from the fields: “Sheep moved now to head to a tractor run.” Not long after, she posted again, writing: “Would usually complain about moving sheep in the rain but I’m so bl**dy happy it’s raining. I don’t care.” Fans quickly speculated that her good spirits might be linked to her long-term romance.
Just hours later, Harriet fueled further chatter by uploading a glamorous photo of herself and Booth dressed for a night out, captioning it: “Forever my love.” The sweet declaration sparked a new wave of engagement rumors among her followers.
Since her departure from Clarkson’s Farm, Booth has become a regular feature on Cowan’s social media, as fans eagerly follow her transition from on-screen favorite back to everyday farming life.
Speaking on the podcast Should I Delete That?, Harriet admitted that neither she nor James had actually watched Clarkson’s Farm before her appearance. Despite their busy schedules, the couple — together for seven years — seem stronger than ever, leaving fans wondering if wedding bells might soon be ringing.
On TikTok, Harriet recently reflected on their journey, posting a throwback selfie from 2018 alongside a current snap of the pair relaxing in a hot tub. “From party teenagers in 2018, to mid to late 20s in 2025 and like to be in bed before 10,” she joked, adding: “I hope I get to this life with you forever @James Booth.”
Her stint on Clarkson’s farm left a lasting impression on both fans and Clarkson himself. During her emotional send-off, the presenter told her: “You saved my life. So, if we get stuck again, can we give you a call?”
But for those hoping Harriet might return to the show, the outlook isn’t promising. A TV insider revealed: “At this stage there are no future plans for her to film Clarkson’s Farm. She only came on to help Jeremy while Kaleb was away on tour, and left once he returned.”
Even so, Harriet has kept the possibility alive. Speaking to BBC Radio Derby, she explained: “We’ve always left it very open. I’m here if he needs me, but no plans at the minute.”
