Jeremy Clarkson fans have been keen to find out how the star is after he revealed his prostate cancer diagnosis.
Clarkson’s Farm is back on Prime Video with the final episodes of season five, and they took an emotional turn as Jeremy Clarkson opened up about his health.
He revealed to Kaleb Cooper and Charlie Ireland that he had “aggressive” prostate cancer, and at the very end of the series, he was seen being rushed to the hospital after his treatment went “awry”.
After announcing the news through his hit series, he has yet to give an update on his health, but his partner, Lisa Hogan, shared some insight on Instagram.
On her Instagram story, she shared a photo of Jeremy sitting at a table outside, holding a long-lens camera, with the caption: “Back at the farm…”
She also thanked Prostate Cancer UK for their support following Jeremy’s diagnosis. Farm manager Cooper has also offered an update on how Jeremy is doing now.
Speaking to The Daily Mail, he said: “He is good. The spirits are high, which is good.
“If anything like this happens to any of your friends, and you just said to my best mate, you’ve got to be supported through that whole journey.
“And that’s where I’ve been, I’ve been right by his side, and his spirits are really good, so thank you.”
He went on to praise the former Top Gear host for being “strong-minded” throughout, despite everything he has experienced.
He had told Kaleb and Charlie how he had known about the cancer for a while, after a biopsy confirmed it.
By the end of season five, he was seen in a hospital bed, saying: “Some of the treatment’s gone a bit awry, shall we say. So, I’m going to be here for a little while.
“I’m nil by mouth, I don’t know what’s going to happen. Well, look, what I wanted to say was, if this is all successful, I’ll see you for season six, and if it isn’t, I won’t. Take care, everyone.”
Season five was filmed back in November 2024 through to September 2025, so it has been a while since Jeremy was diagnosed with prostate cancer.
From Lisa and Kaleb’s updates, it appears Jeremy is out of the hospital and is staying strong, but they did not disclose whether he has been given the “all-clear” yet.
