Jeremy Clarkson Confirms Clarkson’s Farm Will Return After Filming Hiatus
Jeremy Clarkson has provided an update on the future of Clarkson’s Farm, as changes to the filming schedule are being contemplated, he hinted.
The popular series was set to take a hiatus before commencing filming for the sixth series, but an unexpected factor might prompt an early start.
Jeremy revealed that filming could potentially kick off this week due to the allure of the snowfall. Both he and Kaleb Cooper were meant to pause filming while the latter was in Australia and the former was occupied with his new ITV gameshow, Millionaire Hot Seat.
“So we just said ok well let’s just actually wrap it…and then, I just said: ‘If it snows we’ll start filming again’,” Jeremy explained.
Snow has already begun to blanket Oxfordshire, where the farm showcased in the Prime Video series is situated.
In a conversation with The Sun, Jeremy also hinted that despite the fifth series not yet being released, the sixth series is guaranteed – and a seventh could be in the pipeline too.
“We’ll definitely do six,” Jeremy confirmed. He further mentioned that Amazon is keen on a sixth series and that he has a “good idea” for it, reports the Mirror.
The series would only cease “when there are no more ideas”, he added.
It seems that won’t be anytime soon, as Jeremy disclosed he had “two quite good” concepts for the series, enough for a sixth and seventh season.
He previously revealed plans for after the fifth season, saying: “Whatever happens we’ll definitely take a short break as the crews are all worn out. We’ve been filming here two or three days a week, every week, for five years. Everybody could do with a rest.”
This comes after Harriet Cowan, who joined the cast of Clarkson’s Farm in 2025, quickly became a fan favourite, with fans begging for her return.
Sharing a collection of memories from 2025 on Instagram with her 585,000 followers, Harriet included numerous snapshots from her time on Clarkson’s Farm.
Fans were quick to flood the comments section with messages of support and pleas for Harriet to return for the fifth season of Clarkson’s Farm.
One person tagged Jeremy Clarkson, asking: “How about more Harriet in the upcoming seasons?” We love her! #girlpower.” Another said: “You were a great addition to the show, need more of you!!!” A third commented: “Hope to see more of you on our screens next year. X”
Harriet stepped in for Kaleb as he was filming his own series in Australia. While it has been confirmed that Kaleb will be returning as a regular next year, Harriet’s return for season 5 remains uncertain.
“We’ve always left it very open,” she disclosed on BBC Breakfast. “I’m here if he needs me, but no plans at the minute.”
She also confessed to being “shocked” by the response to her debut on Clarkson’s Farm.
She continued: “I didn’t realise so many people are interested in me and what I do day to day. I’ve never really thought of it as anything exciting. It’s just my little life.”
