Jeremy Clarkson reveals Clarkson’s Farm crews’ frustrations

Jeremy Clarkson has revealed the one thing that Clarkson’s Farm crews are ‘getting fed up of’ as filming for series five continues.

The former Top Gear presenter purchased Curlde Hill Farm in Chadlington near Chipping Norton back in 2008.

The Cotswolds spot was renamed by the 65-year-old to Diddly Squat Farm.

Mr Clarkson proceeded to document his farming experiences in the Prime Video show Clarkson’s Farm, which debuted in 2021.

Now with four series to date, the documentary is a roaring success, prompting massive viewing figures and demand for more episodes.

This led to Mr Clarkson purchasing a pub in nearby Asthall and reopening it as The Farmer’s Dog, seeing lots of tourists making the trip to visit the boozer.

Series five is currently filming in Oxfordshire with episodes expected to be released on Amazon’s streaming service next year.

Mr Clarkson revealed even more good news for the show and cast this morning (Tuesday, August 19) with a story on his Instagram account.

The 65-year-old revealed that his show has now been nominated for a gong at the National Television Awards 2025.

Clarkson’s Farm is one of five nominees up for the Factual Entertainment award for this year.

The nomination was met with support from fans online.

One of them said: “Voted. Been a fan of yours for decades, literally. The entire family loves this show.”

To which Mr Clarkson replied: “Thank you. Our crews are getting fed up of losing this one.”

Up against the agricultural documentary are Gogglebox, Stacey & Joe, The Martin Lewis Money Show Live, and Sort Your Life Out.

Fans can vote online on the National Television Awards website for their favourite show.

The event will take place at The O2 London on Wednesday, September 10.
