Kaleb Cooper branches out from Clarkson’s Farm with unexpected new money-making business

Kaleb Cooper, the young farming contractor who shot to fame alongside Jeremy Clarkson on Prime Video’s Clarkson’s Farm, has unveiled a brand-new venture away from Diddly Squat Farm. The 26-year-old, who has become a fan-favourite thanks to his blunt honesty, no-nonsense work ethic, and cheeky exchanges with Clarkson, is now branching out into fashion with the launch of his own clothing line.

After months of teasing the project, Kaleb finally announced the debut of his brand, KC Clothing, through an Instagram post that sent fans into a frenzy. “After 3 years in the making, the time has come! Amazing quality! @kcclothing is here!” he wrote. According to the official website, the new range is described as “rural style with a bold edge” — a reflection of Kaleb’s own straightforward, country-born personality, blended with modern touches that appeal to a wider audience.

The line features a selection of casual yet rugged pieces, including a Rugby Shirt, Rugby Hoodie, and Rugby Shorts, all designed to bring a practical but stylish twist to farm-inspired fashion. The launch marks Kaleb’s first major business move outside of the world of farming, signalling his growing influence as a breakout star of the series.

The announcement comes at a pivotal time for Clarkson’s Farm, which has not only become one of Prime Video’s most successful factual entertainment programmes but also recently celebrated a major milestone. At this year’s National Television Awards, the show walked away with the trophy for Best Factual Entertainment, beating several long-running competitors in the category.

On stage to accept the award, Jeremy Clarkson was joined by his partner Lisa Hogan and fellow cast member Harriet Cowan. Reflecting on the honour, Clarkson said: “Farming is a difficult job and I appreciate the way people are going, ‘I didn’t know where my sausages came from’. You don’t love farming, you love moments of it — it is really tricky right now. Farmers work so hard for no money, so it’s delightful that people recognise a farming show can beat a house cleaning show. We shall go and have a drink.”

The win was a testament not only to Clarkson’s unfiltered humour and candid approach but also to the supporting cast who have brought authenticity to the series — none more so than Kaleb, whose knowledge and passion for farming have often been the show’s anchor.

However, Clarkson also surprised fans recently by revealing that Clarkson’s Farm could be rested after seven years of continuous filming, raising questions about the future of the series and its beloved cast. The Sun reported that Kaleb may be in line for his own spin-off project should Clarkson eventually step back.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun at the National Television Awards, Kaleb hinted at the possibility: “Hopefully one day. Who knows.” While cautious in his answer, his growing popularity and entrepreneurial drive suggest he could easily carry his own series, giving viewers a deeper look into modern farming life through his perspective.

Co-star Charlie Ireland, affectionately dubbed “Cheerful Charlie” by Clarkson due to his tendency to deliver financial and regulatory bad news, laughed off the idea of fronting a spin-off himself. “No, not for me,” he said. “I’d just be doing my spreadsheets and making pie charts.”

Since launching in June 2021, Clarkson’s Farm has aired four critically acclaimed series, blending humour with hard truths about the difficulties facing Britain’s farmers. For Kaleb Cooper, however, the show has provided a platform far beyond farming, transforming him from a young contractor into a household name and now, a budding entrepreneur.

Whether or not he takes the reins of a new series in the future, one thing is certain: Kaleb is no longer just Jeremy Clarkson’s right-hand man — he is steadily building his own brand, one rugby shirt at a time.
