Lisa Hogan, Jeremy Clarkson’s partner and co-star on the hit Prime Video series Clarkson’s Farm, has delighted fans with a surprise update featuring a beloved character from the show. Taking to The Diddly Squat Farm’s Instagram account, Lisa shared an adorable glimpse of Richard Ham, the micro-pig named after Clarkson’s ex-Top Gear colleague Richard Hammond, who had visited the Oxfordshire farm during the latest season.
Since his debut on the show, the piglet has undergone quite the transformation, now having doubled in size. A video clip posted showed the much larger Richard Ham exploring his surroundings, accompanied by the caption: “Look who it is!!! It’s Richard ‘porker’ Ham.”
Behind the camera, Lisa can be heard commenting on the animal’s impressive growth, saying: “Who recognises this beast? It’s Richard Ham. He’s huge!” She then explained the reason for his size increase: “Yes, it’s because you’ve been hand-fed for all of those months.”
The charming update was met with joy from followers, yet some expressed concern for Richard Ham’s wellbeing, urging Jeremy and Lisa to ensure the pig remains a pet rather than being sold for meat, reports the Express. One person exclaimed: “Yayy! I’m so glad Richard Ham is still with you, keep him forever!”
Another chimed in with cheer: “Oh Hurrah! Richard Ham is still around – please keep him or let him go to a petting farm, where he can live a happy life.” A different individual implored: “He’s gorgeous…. Please don’t send me off to the meat packers….. please, please, please keep him… I’m not a veggie either but I do love him.
