Season 22 of Deadliest Catch was filmed in 2025 while Jake Anderson was going through a divorce from longtime love Jenna Anderson. The two were married for 13 years and together for 17 years at the time of their split.

He paid tribute to the new lady in his life in a May 18 Instagram post, writing, “You were there for me, to lift me up, straighten me out, and pull me out of the darkness. Per her Instagram bio, Daisy is a model, concert photographer, and artist. A second Instagram account lists her occupation was a “full-time animal lover” and “part-time model and traveler,” in addition to her concert photography work.
Her birthday is on March 6, 1989, which means she is 37 years old, according to Facebook. Jake is 45.
When did Jake Anderson and Daisy Willems start dating?
It’s unclear exactly when and how Daisy and Jake met, but she first posted him on her Instagram in November 2025. She visited Jake in Dutch Harbor and got to go crabbing, although she referred to him as a “friend” at the time.
“Dream come true! I’m finally in Dutch Harbor — and got up close with the incredible Bairdi crab,” Daisy wrote. “Even more special sharing this unforgettable moment with my friend Jake.”
More social media posts with Jake followed, and Daisy made it clear they were a couple when she posted a tribute to him on Valentine’s Day 2026 a few months later.
In December 2024, Jake posted that he was on a trip to Germany with Daisy, but it’s not clear what their relationship status was at the time. Jake and Jenna separated around this time, and although fans accused Jake of leaving his wife for Daisy, she reportedly shut down the speculation.
“As a matter of fact I didn’t. His wife left him for other reasons,” Jenna allegedly responded to an Instagram commenter, according to The Tab.
