DISCOVERY’S “GOLD RUSH” RETURNS FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 7 AT 8PM ET/PT WITH ITS BIGGEST SEASON YET
The wait is finally over. As global gold prices soar to an unprecedented $3,800 an ounce, the stakes have never been higher for Discovery’s hit series Gold Rush, returning for an all-new season on Friday, November 7 at 8PM ET/PT.
This year, the Yukon is ground zero for a new kind of gold fever — where veteran miners, hungry newcomers, and family dynasties collide in a no-holds-barred race to strike it rich. With only a few short months before winter shuts them down, crews will push harder, dig deeper, and gamble bigger than ever before.
Channeling the spirit of America’s original 19th-century gold rush, this season’s action unfolds in an atmosphere of cutthroat competition and high-risk reward. Every ounce pulled from the frozen ground could make or break an empire. Loyalties will be tested, tempers will flare, and the difference between triumph and disaster will often come down to a single decision made in the heat of the moment.
By the time the dust settles, the combined haul from all mining crews is expected to top a jaw-dropping $100 million in gold — the largest total in the show’s history. But getting there will come at a price.
PARKER SCHNABEL: ALL-IN ON REDEMPTION
After suffering the most disappointing season of his career, 30-year-old mining mogul Parker Schnabel returns to the Yukon with a vengeance. Determined to reclaim his title as the top producer in the Klondike, Parker has gone all in — scaling up to a massive, multi-site operation featuring more than 60 machines, four wash plants, and a restructured leadership team.
The gamble is staggering. With operating costs soaring above $100,000 a day, one wrong move could wipe out years of profits. But Parker’s relentless drive and uncanny eye for pay dirt might just deliver the most lucrative season of his 15-year career. As he puts it, “I’m not here to play it safe — I’m here to win.”
TONY BEETS: THE EMPIRE UNDER PRESSURE
Known across the Yukon as the “King of the Klondike,” Dutch mining legend Tony Beets isn’t backing down either. Fresh off a record-breaking year, Tony sets his sights on an even bigger goal — pushing his family-run operation to limits no one thought possible.
An early-season strike nets an astonishing $500,000 in gold in just one week, but success comes with new challenges. Internal family tensions, crew shakeups, and a record number of firings threaten to tear the Beets empire apart from within. As Tony battles the elements and his own stubborn streak, his eldest son Kevin Beets steps up for his second year as a mine boss, determined to double last season’s total and prove he’s ready to carve his own legacy.
RICK NESS: A COMEBACK AGAINST ALL ODDS
For Rick Ness, last year’s jackpot might have been the high point before the storm. Heading into this season, he’s starting from scratch — no claim, no water license, and barely half a crew. But when a risky deal on a promising new plot of ground presents itself, Rick sees a narrow path to redemption.
Running on grit, determination, and faith in his crew, Rick puts everything on the line. But as costs mount and morale falters, he’ll have to fight for every bucket of pay dirt. One wrong decision could end his mining career for good. For Rick, this season is more than a comeback — it’s survival.
THE BIGGEST GOLD RUSH YET
This season of Gold Rush is about more than mining — it’s about ambition, family, and the raw human hunger to turn earth into fortune. From the roaring excavators and sleepless nights of Parker’s super-site, to the family drama in Tony Beets’s Klondike kingdom, to Rick Ness’s desperate fight to stay afloat, the Yukon will push each miner to their breaking point.
Who will strike it rich — and who will walk away broke?
Fans can follow every ounce of action and every ounce of gold when Gold Rush premieres Friday, November 7 at 8PM ET/PT on Discovery and streaming on discovery+.
