The Curse of Oak Island

Rick Lagina And His Clue Found A New Clue That Might Solve The Oak Island Mystery For Ever

Rick Lagina and his team may be closer than ever to proving the existence of the legendary Oak Island treasure. This time, it’s not just gold or old tools — but a symbolic trail of mysterious carvings, secret European caves, and Templar clues that may finally unlock a centuries-old mystery.

The latest discovery? A cross with four dots carved into the wall of an ancient Italian church. The same symbol was previously found on the infamous Host Stone on Oak Island — a connection that has sent shockwaves through the investigation. Historians now believe the church once served as a sanctuary for the Knights Templar, the secretive medieval order long rumored to have hidden vast wealth across the globe.

“It’s not just another artifact,” says a crew member. “It’s a link — possibly a key — to everything we’ve been chasing for years.”

The Templar Trail

The Templar cross design found in Italy matches engravings seen on Oak Island, raising a bold possibility: that the Knights Templar not only traveled to the New World, but may have left a coded trail behind. Adding fuel to the theory is a newly discovered Masonic compass symbol etched into a stone near the Money Pit, a possible sign that the Freemasons — long believed to have guarded Oak Island’s secrets — were involved in preserving the mystery.

Lagina’s crew has expanded their investigation across the Atlantic, exploring the Camarano cave system in Italy — a network dug over 2,000 years ago and reportedly used by the Templars. There, they discovered engravings that resemble those on Oak Island, particularly the cross-shaped entrance to Venus Cave, which mirrors the Oak Island lead cross almost exactly.

Europe’s Echoes on Oak Island

Peter Fornetti, a longtime member of the Oak Island team, uncovered carvings in the Oso Caves near Camarano that appear identical to symbols found near the Host Stone, first discovered on Oak Island in the 1920s. If this connection holds, it could rewrite what we know about the Templars’ fate — and their final, secret destinations.

At Mor Abbey, a 12th-century monastery built by Korean monks with alleged ties to the Templars, more symbols were found: ceramic containers marked with the same four-dot cross, and a painted Tree of Life — a sacred symbol also spotted in the prison cells of Templar knights in 14th-century France.

Did the Templars Reach the New World?

Evidence continues to mount. The appearance of a Templar eros, a type of coded mark, suggests intentional communication. Researchers are now considering the possibility that the Templars reached North America long before Columbus, leaving behind more than just stories.

One of Oak Island’s most debated formations, Nolan’s Cross, may be central to this theory. In 1981, land surveyor Fred Nolan discovered five massive boulders forming a perfect cross — over 700 feet across. A sixth stone nearby, shaped like a human head, deepened the mystery. Some believe this cross wasn’t natural, but a Templar land marker pointing to a greater treasure.

More Than Just Trash

The team’s exploration of Lot 12 has revealed what appears to be an intentional dump site — but filled with decorative hinges, iron nails, and pottery. Some of these hinges are thought to belong to chests built to protect gold or vital documents. Captain James Anderson, a pirate tied to Oak Island lore, may have left behind one such chest.

Nearby, an unusual formation known as Ringbolt Rock — a boulder fitted with an iron ring — hints at a primitive transportation system. Its location, near an old apple tree, may have allowed heavy items to be moved inland and hidden deep within the island.

A Legend Ready to Break Open

With every artifact, every symbol, the pieces are falling into place. What once seemed like disconnected myths — Templars, pirates, Freemasons, crosses and caves — now form a pattern too precise to ignore.

As Rick Lagina and his team dig deeper, one thing becomes clear: Oak Island’s secrets are not just buried beneath the soil. They’re written in stone, etched across continents, and waiting for the right hands to reveal them.
