Clarkson’s Farm star Kaleb Cooper wins two global awards
Kaleb Cooper has added another impressive achievement to his already growing list of successes, after winning two international awards for his Hawkstone ciders at the prestigious World Cider Awards 2025.
The young farmhand, who shot to fame after appearing alongside Jeremy Clarkson in the hit Prime Video series Clarkson’s Farm, has continued to build a name for himself both on and off screen. Viewers first met him back in 2021 during the debut season of the show, where his quick wit, blunt honesty, and expert farming knowledge made him an instant fan favourite. Since then, Cooper has featured in every series of the programme, including the highly popular fourth season, which was released earlier this year between May and June.
While many fans know him for his dry sense of humour and his constant exasperation with Clarkson’s sometimes questionable farming methods, Cooper has also been steadily working on personal projects behind the scenes. Away from the cameras, the 27-year-old has built a family life with his partner, Taya. The couple, who already share two children together, welcomed the arrival of their third child on Saturday — marking a hugely exciting moment for Cooper personally.
No sooner had he shared his family news than he delighted fans again with another major announcement. Hawkstone Cider, the brand he helps to spearhead, has been officially recognised on the world stage. At the World Cider Awards 2025, his flagship Hawkstone Cider picked up a Gold medal, while his darker fruit variant, Hawkstone Hedgerow, also won a top award, being crowned the Best Fruit Cider in England.

Sharing his excitement on Instagram, Cooper wrote: “My cider just won a Gold at the World Cider Awards and better still, my Hedgerow cider won the best fruit cider in England!” His post was quickly met with messages of congratulations from fans and fellow farmers, celebrating his growing reputation not just as a TV personality but as a serious cider maker.
The Hawkstone brand itself has an interesting origin. Launched in 2021 by Jeremy Clarkson in partnership with the Cotswold Brew Co, the name comes from the Hawkstone, an ancient standing stone in the Cotswolds. The original lager was created using barley grown at Clarkson’s Diddly Squat Farm, and since then the range has expanded significantly to include premium lagers, ciders, and even vodka. Hawkstone has grown rapidly to become the fastest-growing beer brand in the UK, and it has also carved out a strong presence online — it is currently the most followed beer brand in the world on Instagram.
For Cooper, the awards represent another step in transforming from “the lad who never leaves Chipping Norton” into an internationally recognised figure in farming and drinks. What began as a side project connected to Diddly Squat has now become a leading British drinks label, respected across the industry.
Meanwhile, work continues on Clarkson’s Farm. Filming is already underway for the fifth series, which is expected to premiere on Prime Video next year. If past series are any indication, the new episodes will follow Clarkson, Cooper, and the rest of the farm team as they face more challenges, mishaps, and moments of triumph in the unpredictable world of farming.
With a growing family, award-winning ciders, and a starring role in one of Prime Video’s most successful factual series, 2025 is shaping up to be a landmark year for Kaleb Cooper.
