Clarkson’s Farm Star Reveals Health Diagnosis After Admitting He’s Never Been in So Much Pain
Kaleb Cooper admitted that he was struggling as he told fans ‘I don’t know how I’m saying this’.
Clarkson’s Farm star Kaleb Cooper has opened up on suffering from a painful condition. The 27-year-old farm manager, who works alongside Jeremy Clarkson on the hit Amazon Prime show, has taken to social media to beg his fans for some advice on how to take shingles.
Posting to his Instagram Stories, speaking to the camera from inside one of his tractors, Kaleb said: “So, question. I’m outside moving bales and I’ve never been in so much pain in my life.” He continued: “So I’ve got… I don’t know how I’m saying this, but I’m 27 years old, and I have got shingles. It is so painful. I thought only old people get that. No disrespect if you’ve got it and you’re maybe old, but honestly, it’s like pins and needles continuously in your body. It hurts like a… mmh.”
He then went on to ask for some advice to get rid of the horror diagnosis quickly. “How do I get rid of it?” He asked.
“Can I get rid of it really quickly? Like maybe take a tablet or something, I don’t know.”
The clip was reshared to X, formerly Twitter, where fans shared words of comfort and support. One person wrote: “Oh poor lad, shingles can be incredibly painful, send him our best.”
Someone else urged: “Please go to the doctor. Not sure where it is, but you don’t want it going to your eyes. I had them when I was 32 and again at 40. Feel better, soon!”
Another echoed: “I had it at 31 – mate, get that treated properly ASAP, it can leave you partially blind or even worse.”
According to the NHS website, shingles is an infection that causes a painful rash. In rare cases shingles can cause pain without a rash.
Usually you get the shingles rash on your chest and tummy, but it can appear anywhere on your body including on your face, eyes and genitals. It adds that treatment for shingles depends on how severe your symptoms are and whether you’re at risk of complications.
