Jeremy Clarkson admits he “hardly eats anymore” amid noticeable weight loss

Kaleb Cooper has said his Clarkson’s Farm co-star Jeremy Clarkson ‘hardly eats anymore’ after his dramatic weight loss.

The pair features on the popular Prime Video show, which has returned this month with a fifth series and eight new episodes.

In April, farming trio Mr Clarkson, Mr Cooper and Charlie Ireland appeared together ahead of the Cereals event, which was hosted at Diddly Squat Farm in Oxfordshire.

The three TV stars are taking questions about the state of British agriculture during a press conference filmed by Farmer’s Life.

At one point, Mr Cooper moved the discussion on to where the industry is heading and shared his own take on farming’s “future”.

He said: “I mean, just going off the back of that really quickly as well, and that is, I get asked all the time why everyone like..”.

He added: “Every kid that’s going into farming, do you think there’s a future in farming? I don’t know the answer to that, but what I do know is this.

“We need a farmer three times a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.”

Looking over at Jeremy, he then joked: “Well, you don’t because you don’t hardly eat anymore”, a remark that prompted laughter from Mr Clarkson, Mr Ireland and the audience.

Mr Cooper rounded off his point by saying: “But, you know, do you know what I mean? Like, we need our farmer three times a day.”

The light-hearted exchange seemed to allude to Jeremy’s widely reported weight loss, as it previously emerged that the former Top Gear host had been using the weight-loss injection Mounjaro.

In January, Mr Clarkson revealed he had been taking the drug for six months, during which time he had shed around three stone.

He told The Sun that Mounjaro was an “astonishing drug” and said it had helped to curb his appetite.
