Clarkson’s Farm insider drops surprising truth about Jeremy Clarkson
Clarkson’s Farm star Harriet Cowan has made a shocking admission about Jeremy Clarkson.
The young farmhand from Derbyshire was a new addition to the cast in the latest season, which was released on Prime Video across May and June this year.
Ms Cowan temporarily stood in for longtime fan favourite Kaleb Cooper as he toured, helping Jeremy Clarkson at the farm in Chadlington, Oxfordshire.
The 24-year-old has now spilt the beans on working with the 65-year-old in an interview with The Times.
“He wanted to do well by the farm,” she said.
“He’s still very much grounded, and he doesn’t let the fame and all the publicity get to him.”
Ms Cowan also made a shocking admission that she wasn’t aware of Mr Clarkson’s previous work, such as Top Gear and The Grand Tour, before signing up for the hit show.
“[I] wasn’t really into the cars thing growing up,” she added.
Ever since her appearance in series four, Clarkson’s Farm fans have wondered whether Ms Cowan would return to the show in the future.
She offered an insight into this during her chat with The Times and said: “I’ve always said I’ll be very open if Jeremy needs me again.
“We’ve sort of left it like that. If he needs me, I’m here.”
Filming on Clarkson’s Farm series five is already underway after Mr Clarkson revealed a new season had been confirmed late last year.
Although no realise date has been announced as of yet, it is expected that the new episodes will be available to stream next year.
