Clarkson’s Farm star Harriet breaks from muddy farm for posh event and looks beautiful
Clarkson’s Farm star Harriet Cowan proved she’s equally at home on the farm and on the red carpet after sharing a clip of her stunning transformation for the Epsom Derby
Harriet Cowan has demonstrated her versatility once more by transforming into glamorous attire for an upmarket occasion.
Since appearing on Jeremy Clarkson’s show Clarkson’s Farm, the 25-year-old has become a beloved figure in British farming, showing that agricultural passion and fashion flair aren’t mutually exclusive – and her recent Ladies’ Day ensemble reinforced this perfectly. Harriet shared a brief transformation video on social media ahead of the Epsom Derby, beginning with footage of herself in an oversized dressing gown with her hair in rollers.
However, the dramatic reveal in her TikTok post showcased a completely transformed appearance, prompting followers to urgently request details about her outfit’s origins.
As she revealed her full ensemble, viewers were left stunned by her striking appearance.
The young farmer wore an elegant black and white V-necked corset-style dress featuring this season’s most popular pattern – polka dots.
Her sun-kissed arms were visible, and she paired the dress with wedge heels in a complementary tone, finishing the ensemble with a white fascinator.
Harriet’s hair fell in loose waves and curls down her back as she presented her outfit to the camera. Unsurprisingly, admiring comments poured in immediately.
“Farm girl to princess,” one follower commented, while others pleaded to discover “where the dress and shoes are from”.
Another remarked: “You look absolutely stunning,” and a third added: “You look a million dollars.” The eye-catching ensemble follows sightings of her enjoying a Greek getaway with partner James Booth in Corfu.
Their holiday included poolside relaxation, tennis matches, jet skiing adventures, and even taking to the skies for parasailing.
Harriet’s skills extend well beyond agriculture and fashion, as she recently announced plans to publish her debut book.
She shared: “I’m so excited to finally share Life on the Farm – my new book. This is such a personal project for me. Inside, I share what the farming way of life truly means, the values I live by, and, of course, what a typical day on the farm really looks like.
“I also wanted to open up about the challenges and realities Britain’s farmers are facing today, and why buying local isn’t just a slogan – it’s a way of life. Farming has been passed down from my grandparents to my parents, and now to me.
“It’s so much more than putting food on the table – it’s community, love, resilience, and hard work every single day. I can’t wait to share my story with you all.”
